I forgot my ID and password

If you have forgotten your L-POINT ID or password, you can reset it by entering it in the form.
If you have forgotten your ID, please enter the e-mail address you provided during registration. Click the Send Change Email button to receive an email with the address to change your ID based on the information you entered, and access it within 6 hours.

What is the L-POINT payment method?

Is there an expiration date for L-Points?

Purchased points will be deducted depending on the service used at the partner site.
Points are valid for six months from the date of purchase. Please understand this in advance.

What if L-POINT is not available?

When you cannot play videos or watch live videos (Live Room) on your computer

Windows by default does not have a decoder for H.264 / H.265, so a decoder such as LAV Filters must be installed.
LAV Filters ( kBookishly Free Software and Free Software )

Cannot play with LAV Filters or other decoders in it.

4DMEDIAPLAYER uses the codec provided by the Windows side to playback mp4, so it cannot playback unless the Windows side provides a codec that can be used properly.
Since the priority of codec provision depends on your environment, it must be set up for normal use. Software such as Win7DSFilterTweaker is required for setting up.

Setup Method

Download theWin7DSFilterTweaker ( free software and free software in K-Lite format )
Start the software and select 【 Preferred decoders 】
Set the 【H.264/H.265/mp4v】 item to 【LAV Filters】.
